On December 6, 1917, Halifax was forever changed. The coordinates featured on this hoodie (44°N, 63°W) mark the site of the Halifax Explosion, one of the largest human-made explosions before the atomic age.

The front features a nautical compass centered on those historic coordinates, serving as a reminder that some places hold stories that should never be forgotten.

The back tells that story through elegant maritime artwork, a lighthouse standing watch over the Atlantic, and the words:

“Where the history of the Atlantic is written in the silence between the waves.”

More than a hoodie, this design is a tribute to the thousands of lives forever impacted by the Halifax Explosion. It honours those who were lost, those who survived, and the remarkable resilience of a city that rebuilt itself with courage, determination, and hope.
